Our Training Approach
Training is hands-on by design: your team works in your own CenterOS environment, on your own data, so the skills stick. Most teams are self-sufficient after two days.
Training Modules
- User training — day-to-day operations: assets, jobs, monitoring, and floor plans. One day.
- Administrator training — configuration, RBAC and SSO, workflows, SLA calendars, and integrations. One day.
Remote or On-Site
Training runs remotely or on-site, in groups of up to six, scheduled across time zones to suit distributed teams.
Professional Services
Integration work (ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, BMS links, asset systems), custom reporting, and migration engineering from legacy platforms — scoped as fixed engagements, not open-ended retainers.
